Oluyemisi Wada was born on the 8th June 1965 to a Lawyer Father and a Nursing sister mother. She qualified as a Lawyer from Buckingham University, joined the rolls of Solicitors in the UK and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990.
After briefly practicing Law and setting up a Law firm Summit Chambers she went into Oil trading and Business.

His duties included overall management of the company’s fleet of heavy trailers increasing the fleet by over a third by 1982 when he became an Executive Director and was instrumental in setting up subsidiaries in shipping and trading
